SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL AGENDA ITEMS:

Any trustee wishing to submit additional items or formal resolutions for inclusion on the agenda must submit these in writing to the Chair no later than 17:00 on Tuesday, 20th October 2026 (being not less than 14 clear days prior to the date of the meeting). Items received after this date will only be considered under Any Other Business at the discretion of the Chair.
