- Fully Enclosed Main Paddock: Flat, beautifully maintained short grass, securely fenced and perfect for main competition rings. Space comfortably accommodates four rings plus officials’ areas, spectators, etc.
- Expansive Adjacent Field: Ideal for additional rings, extra activities, and abundant on-site parking for all your exhibitors.
- Fully Floodlit: The main paddock features extensive floodlighting, allowing your event or evening function to continue seamlessly into the night, ideal for hot summer days.

Marquees can be fully fitted with carpet flooring and interior lighting for evening functions.
Two large marquee spaces and multiple smaller gazebos—perfect for seminars, secretaries’ offices, or hospitality areas.
The “Dog People” Touches
We know the little things matter. Your exhibitors will love our dog-focused amenities, including plenty of water bowls around the site and refreshing paddling pools during hot summer weather. Furthermore, we happily allow exhibitors to erect their own gazebos according to your society’s guidelines.

- Complete ring sets of stakes, tables, chairs, waste bins, and grooming judges’ tables.
- A PA system and two-way radios for smooth event management.
- Multimedia projectors for seminars and table linen for functions.
- Clean portaloo facilities (one unisex unit supplied as standard, with additional units available on request)
- Standard Event Parking And Showground Signage.

Licensed Bar & Catering: Our dedicated, professional catering contractor is on-site to provide high-quality food and drink for both your hard-working officials and the general public.
Fully Licensed: Celebrate a successful day with a fully operational on-site bar.
Hospitality Areas: We can provide self service tea/coffee, biscuits and snack bar set ups in judges and stewards hospitality areas.
You are welcome to provide your own catering, including society run BBQs etc. But bars and alcohol must only be served by our contractor due to licensing requirements.

Flexible Hire Packages to Suit Every Budget
We cater to clubs of all sizes, offering three distinct ways to hire our venue:
1. Field Only Hire
A straightforward, flat-rate hire of our pristine fields, allowing your committee full control over your own setup. £150 per day.
2. Bespoke Equipment Hire
Hire the field and add exactly what you need on a piecemeal basis—from a single marquee to chairs, tables, PA and specific ring sets.
3. Our Fully Serviced “Walk-In, Walk-Away” Package
The ultimate stress-free solution for busy or smaller committees, available for just £2.50 per dog entered.
With this option, there is no minimum charge. Whether you are a small breed club open show with 50 dogs or a larger breed club championship event with 400 dogs, your costs scale perfectly with your entries.
- Before the event: We work closely with you to design your ideal show layout.
- Before you arrive: Our team handles the complete setup of the field, marquees, and equipment. You simply walk straight in and add your own finishing touches.
- On the day: A dedicated on-site Site Manager is included to look after everything—from waste management and quick showground fixes to first aid.
- When it’s over: You simply hand out the final rosettes and walk away. We take care of the entire pack-down.
