Event Tradestand Pitches

Our events are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven. Unlike massive, overwhelming commercial shows, we offer an intimate setting that allows you to engage with potential customers in a much more relaxed environment. Based on our previous attendance, our events attract an average of 200 dog owners (please note this is an average based on past success, not a guaranteed footfall), giving you direct access to a highly targeted audience.
Because we are a dedicated charity, having a pitch with us means your business gains meaningful visibility. Our members are passionate, loyal, and incredibly supportive; they will not only remember your brand long after the event finishes, but they will also recommend you to other club members and local dog lovers through word of mouth. - A Double Event Pitch: A spacious 6m x 3m pitch space to showcase your products or services at the event. (Usually £25)
- Printed Magazine Advertising: A landscape A5 black-and-white advertisement in our quarterly club magazine, The Zoomies Gazette. Distributed in print and online to hundreds of local dog lovers, the advert will run in the issue either before or after your event, based on your preference and print deadlines. (Usually £25)
- 6 Months of Ringside Branding: Prime placement for a 6ft x 3ft advertising banner (supplied by you) at our training paddock from May to October. Your banner will be front and centre in the main ring during events, and will remain up all season long, gaining non-stop exposure from the hundreds of dog owners attending our weekly training classes and paddock events. (Usually £25)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your space. By completing your booking and payment, you agree to abide by the rules outlined below.
Terms and Conditions for Tradestands and Pitches
1. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Approval & Confirmation: All pitch bookings are subject to approval by the club. Your booking is only fully secured once payment is made and you have received a formal confirmation from us.
- Refund Policy: Once payment is processed, pitch bookings are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the club.
- Club Discretion: The club reserves the right to cancel and refund any pitch booking at our sole discretion, should the need arise.
2. Prohibited Items and Sales
- Human Catering: Under no circumstances are stalls permitted to sell food or drink for human consumption on the day, due to exclusive arrangements with existing suppliers. (This restriction excludes food or drink items used strictly as prizes in raffles or games).
- Animal Welfare & Sales: No livestock or live animals may be sold on the stand. Furthermore, the sale or promotion of electric shock collars or pinch/prong collars is strictly prohibited.
3. Logistics, Set-Up, and Vehicles
- Set-Up Timings: Access for set-up is available from two hours before the event opens to the public on the day. If you wish to set up the evening before, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
- Vehicle Access & Parking: Vehicles may be brought to the pitches for unloading only. There is no vehicle parking permitted behind the pitches. All vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area at least 10 minutes before the event opens to the public.
4. Utilities and Equipment
- Power and Water: Please note there are no electricity or water hook-ups available on-site.
- Generators: No generators may be used on the day without prior express permission from the event organisers.
- Equipment & Gazebos: No gazebos, tables, chairs, or any other display items are supplied by the club or available for hire. Stallholders must bring everything required for their stand setup.
5. Liabilities and Insurance
- Stallholder Responsibility: All standholders are entirely responsible for their own equipment, public liability insurance, and health and safety risk assessments. FiveJays Dog Club accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury.
6. Final Authority
Organisers’ Decision: The event organisers reserve the right of final discretion on all matters, and their decision on the day is final.
